Court Services is a state agency administered through the Office of Judicial Administration. Each judicial district has a court services division. Its purpose is to carry out the orders of the Court in a timely, professional, and ethical manner consistent with community interests. Some of the duties of court services officers include supervision of offenders who have been placed on probation, pre-sentence investigations, record checks, expungement investigations, domestic mediation, and child custody investigations in domestic cases.
